These are our most requested barbecue combinations. You may customize a menu with steak and seafood cut to your specifications and your choice of appetizers, salads or side dishes. Full beer, wine & liquor service is available for large events.

The Wrangler St. Louis Spareribs, Seasoned Smoked Chicken, Penne Pasta with Mixed Vegetables in a Pesto Cream Sauce, Homestyle Potato Salad, Caesar Salad, Garlic Bread, Pinto Beans, Corn on the Cob, and Watermelon. Beverages include Fruit Flavored Lemonade and Ice Tea. (This buffet can be upgraded from St Louis Ribs to Baby Back or Beef Ribs, add $2.00 per plate) $17.95
Texas Two Step 1/3 lb. Angus burger, 1/4 lb. All Beef Hot Dog or Seasoned Boneless Chicken Breast, and Vegetarian Garden Burgers. Six Flags Over Texas Grilled Combination Brochette with Marinated Chicken Breast, Andouille Sausage and Sirloin of Beef, Onion, Red and Green Bell Peppers.
