Our take-out menu is the same as our dine-in menu. For large gatherings, give us a day’s notice and we’ll deliver to your door. The Smokehouse
All meats seasoned with Texas Dust before being smoked. This process will make most meats appear pink in color, although the internal temperature is 165°F. Served with Pinto Beans and a choice of Potato Salad, Coleslaw or French Fries. Barbecue Sauce is always on the side.
