The Smokehouse
All meats seasoned with Texas Dust before being smoked. This process will make most meats appear pink in color, although the internal temperature is 165°F. Served with Pinto Beans and a choice of Potato Salad, Coleslaw or French Fries. Barbecue Sauce is always on the side.
